A studio built by engineers who got tired of layers.
Brazil Tech Talent started because the three of us kept meeting the same problem inside larger organisations: the people who understand the system are three steps removed from the people who talk to the client. We removed the steps. You brief a partner, and that partner is in the codebase. We work with startups building an MVP, scale-ups adding an AI layer, and enterprises who need a small senior team that moves fast — from Brazil, overlapping with US and European hours.
Experienced full-stack developer and the studio's bridge into the European market. He takes products from data model to deploy — APIs, front-ends, infrastructure and the release process around them — and is the maker behind Pointing, the studio's own real-time estimation tool. Backend software developer with more than ten years across Java, C#, Node.js and JavaScript, currently Senior Backend Engineer at Lumenalta and previously at BairesDev. Studied at Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa. He owns the parts of a system that have to keep working: domain modelling, service architecture, data layer and performance — and works fluently in English with distributed teams.

Senior product designer with over ten years crafting interfaces across construction, healthcare and e-commerce, previously at Mosaic and trained at PUC-RS. He came to design from a career in chemical engineering, and it shows: flows get modelled before they get styled. Owns discovery, UI and the design system that keeps every screen consistent.
